The Montgomery City Council unanimously approved a contract with a Keller, Texas-based firm to help with the search for a new city administrator after the council terminated its contract with Richard Tramm in May.

According to information from the city, SGR will conduct a three-month nationwide search to fill the vacancy. The firm’s fee is $24,900, just slightly less than CPS HR Consulting at $25,000 which also submitted a proposal to the city.
