The Conroe City Council agreed to jump start several water and sewer project by allocating city funds in reserve that would be paid back later this year following the sale of bonds.
According to Conroe Assistant Director of Finance Collin Boothe, the resolution authorizes the city to use more than $20 million in reserve funds for the projects.
