The City of Laredo has signed an agreement with Texas A&M International University and its Office of Continuing Education to have 15 city employees pursue their Texas Certified Public Manager Program.

The Memorandum of Understanding states that this will be an ongoing program and not limited to only those 15 employees. This will train participants to best practices in municipal administration and management.
