Police arrested a 31-year-old San Antonio man after he shot himself in the
buttocks at a Southwest Side home early Sunday.

Police arrested a 31-year-old San Antonio man after he shot himself in the buttocks at a Southwest Side home early Sunday.
Reports of a shooting in the 3000 block of Owasso Street led police to the residence at around 12:30 a.m. Though the victim was uncooperative, officers learned that he had been firing shots into the air before he accidently shot himself in the rear end.
As the man was being taken to the hospital, police discovered he had multiple outstanding warrants and he was placed under arrest after he was treated.Police did not say what the warrants were for.
