Public meets, greets Baytown city manager candidates

With City Manager Rick Davis departing soon, four candidates met with the public to answer questions about how they would be the best fit for the job.
Among the candidates is Caluha Barnes, who most recently served as Deputy City Manager in Modesto, California. Michael Cleghorn is another candidate who is the city manager in Lawton, Oklahoma. A third candidate is Beverli Marshall, the General Manager of the Valley Sanitary District in Indio, California. Jason Reynolds, who currently serves as Baytown’s Assistant City Manager, is also a candidate.
