Troller retires from City of Baytown after 14 years

After 14 years of dedicated service to the City of Baytown, Assistant City Manager Kevin Troller was given a retirement party by staff members of the city. Troller was presented with a handmade table that identifies his school of choice. He was also given a specially-made street sign bearing his name. Dr. Lynda Villanueva, Lee College president, and former Baytown Mayor Stephen DonCarlos were in attendance along with many of Troller’s family and city employees.
