GRA NOTE: As a customer of some of these type kiosks, they seem pretty effective. No experience with this municipal court of course, but our former county tax office does a pretty nice job.

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Today, Corpus Christi’s Municipal Court will launch QLess, a new service that lets customers secure their place in line.

You can join the line in three ways:

In Person:

Check in quickly and easily with our new touchscreen monitor in our lobby.

Check in to your scheduled court docket using the kiosks conveniently located outside every Municipal Court courtroom at 120 N. Chaparral Street, Corpus Christi, Texas.

Online:

You can join our lobby queue by visiting https://www.cctexas.com/departments/municipal-court.

QLess app:

QLess is a cloud-based software designed to help organizations serve their customers on-site or virtually, walk-in, or by appointment. This is not a means to pay for citations but a new way to keep your place in line, making our services more efficient to the public.

Customers can join a virtual line using their cell phones instead of waiting in a physical line. The two-way text capabilities will empower customers to receive service when they are ready to be served.

You can also view online approximate waiting times and, if checked in, will be notified when to start heading to the court.
