Fort Bend County to build $8M Precinct 3 annex building in Sugar Land

Fort Bend County commissioners April 25 approved a contract to build a new Precinct 3 annex office for a maximum of $8.5 million.

The new 25,145-square-foot office building will be located on Stadium Drive in Sugar Land, according to county documents. The agreement was made with contractor Crain Group LLC.

Precinct 3 has a north annex office in Katy at 22333 Grand Corner Drive.

According to the agreement, the project is expected to see substantial completion within 330 days of the project’s official start. Final completion is expected to be achieved by April 15, 2024.
