Midland City Manager Robert Patrick sat in his last Midland City Council meeting Tuesday.
The city manager will retire at the end of the week, according to a date in a previous Reporter-Telegram article.
Patrick become city manager in April 2021. According to a previous Reporter-Telegram article, he had previously served as interim city manager and assistant city manager. He has worked for the City of Midland for around 12 years.
