City of Greeley hires assistant to the city manager
Blair Snow recently worked in finance for city of Amarillo, Texas

Blair Snow arrives in Greeley with more than 15 years experience in strategic leadership positions in municipal government. Most recently, Snow worked as the assistant director of the city of Amarillo’s Finance Department coordinating the city’s more than $500 million budget.
Snow also worked as the assistant director of public works in Amarillo and as a management analyst and assistant to the city manager.

Snow’s first in-person day in Greeley will be Monday, according to a news release from the city.
Her job will include managing, coordinating and administering citywide projects and programs. The role of assistant to the city manager works across departments to solve complex organizational issues and to build collaboration on citywide initiatives.
“Blair’s depth of experience and expertise in municipal government position her for success in this role,” City Manager Raymond Lee said in the release. “Her presence will enhance the city’s ability to research and address organizational and community needs and bring them into better alignment.”
Snow earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from West Texas A&M University.
“It is an honor to join this talented team, and I am excited to be part of such a collaborative community,” Snow said in the release. “I believe that local government plays a vital role in our communities, and I look forward to using my skills and experience to find innovative solutions that contribute to the city’s ongoing success.”
