A new business park on the way in Grapevine will bring almost 1 million square feet of new industrial space.
The four-building warehouse development is planned on almost 88 acres on Euless-Grapevine Road, west of DFW International Airport.
Grapevine City Council recently approved the project, which will be built by ARCO/Murray. Construction is set to start in September in the first 200,340-square-foot phase of the development. It’s scheduled to open in July 2024.
A second phase of construction will bring an additional 772,040 square feet.
Ben Wallace with Colliers International is leasing the industrial park.
ARCO/Murray officials say the location near DFW Airport makes the project site perfect for logistics and warehousing.
The area around DFW Airport has been one of North Texas’ fastest-growing industrial building markets in the last few years with millions of square feet of construction. Dallas-Fort Worth leads the nation in warehouse construction.
