The City of Rockport has absorbed all fees associated with the use of debit/credit cards since 2012. To date, this has cost the City more than $800,000.

Effective Monday, July 17 a fee of 2.5% will be assessed for all debit/credit card transactions for all utility billing, municipal court fines, and building permits/fees.

The City wants to continue to provide the best level of service at the most cost-effective method, so it will continue to provide the following options at no cost to its customers.
