WEIMAR – At a special city council meeting tonight, City Manager Mike Barrow turned in his resignation notice effective immediately.  

This surprise comes after Weimar Police Chief Todd Jacobs submitted his resignation notice on Monday, June 12. City officials said Jacobs’ employment will end on July 14.
