What you need to know

City officials are looking to replace utility billing software Utility, according to a council memo. Based on the project outline presented to council, Raftelis will guide the city through the vendor selection, contract negotiation and implementation phases of selecting a new utility billing software.

Per the memo, the project is divided into three phases and includes over 3,000 hours of contracted work by the consultant. The process is expected to help the city find a new billing platform that will offer an integrated payment system with text message notifications and create an accurate, timely customer billing system.
