GRA Notes: Before going to High Springs, she most recently worked in management roles in the Economic Development, Planning and Neighborhood Services department in the city of Anna, Texas. Prior to that, she was city manager in Justin, Texas; Haslet, Texas and Oak Point, Texas. 

High Springs (FL) city manager submits resignation letter

HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. (WCJB) - The search for a new city manager in High Springs will be starting in a few months after the current manager sent in her resignation.

Ashley Stathatos is stepping down on Feb. 29. She turned in her letter of resignation last week.

Her contract requires her to give the city commission 60 days’ notice.

In her resignation letter, Stathatos wrote she’d be willing to stay if the city commission needs her for an extra month.
