Bryan City Council votes to rescind termination of agreement with Infinity Sports Entertainment(KBTX)

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - The Bryan City Council decided Thursday to rescind its notice of termination, allowing the Brazos Valley Bombers and Infinity
Sports Entertainment to continue its agreement until 2025.
The unanimous vote to rescind the termination notice came with the condition that its current agreement, which gave the Bombers exclusive use of Edible Field, will now make room for the City of Bryan to issue Request for Proposals 60 days after the meeting.
Negotiations between the city and Infinity Sports
Entertainment, the parent company of the Brazos Valley Bombers, are still open before the end of the agreement.

The Bryan City Council voted unanimously to rescind its termination notice with the condition that the current Exclusive Facility Use Agreement will allow the City of Bryan to issue Request for Proposals after 60 days from July 18,
2024. The current agreement ends Dec. 31, 2025. This still allows for negotiations to occur prior to the end of the agreement.
